Forbidden Love
music video

Forbidden Love is a deeply personal music and visual project exploring the emotional journey through dysfunctional relationships. Inspired by real-life experiences, the project is structured around three universal stages - love, breakup, and healing with a powerful focus on the healing process. Through evocative storytelling, expressive dance, and symbolic set design, Forbidden Love portrays two couples navigating abusive and emotionally toxic relationships.

The visual narrative unfolds across three distinct sets: one representing love and separation, a blue set symbolizing vulnerability and emotional healing, and a final set showcasing the emergence of strength and independence.  It has beed directed, art directed and produced by Vanya [Aya] Vasileva.

The main purpose is to encourage openness around fragility and emotional pain, reminding viewers that they are not alone-healing is possible, and from it, personal power can rise.
